1. About MusicProdAI

MusicProdAI is an AI-powered music production feedback tool available at musicprod.ai. By using our service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Subscription and Billing

MusicProdAI Pro is available for £5 per month. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled. You will be charged on the same date each month from the date you first subscribed.

3. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time by clicking Manage plan in the app. When you cancel, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free plan.

4. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time and will retain full access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. If you experience a technical issue contact hello@musicprod.ai and we will review it on a case by case basis.

5. Free Plan

Free accounts are limited to 2 analyses per week and 3 follow-up questions per analysis. Free plan limits are subject to change with notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MusicProdAI to upload content that infringes copyright, contains illegal material, or is intended to abuse or exploit the service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.

7. Your Audio Files

Audio files you upload are used solely to generate feedback and are not stored permanently, shared with third parties, or used to train AI models. You retain full ownership of your music.

8. Disclaimer

MusicProdAI is designed for work-in-progress tracks. Feedback is based on mix and production best practices and is not a reflection of artistic quality. AI feedback is for guidance only and should not be treated as professional mastering or mixing advice.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
